Delhi: Heavy rains affect normal life for the second day

Sources also said that bus drivers are countering many problems due to the heavy downpour and many office goers got stuck at many places. Heavy rains have led to traffic jams in ITO, Lakshmi Nagar, NH 24 and other areas of the national capital. The underpass near T3 terminal of the Indira Gandhi International Airport was also affected by heavy rains.
Water logging badly affected traffic movement on Rohtak road in Anand Parbat Industrial Area, Mori Gate, Barafkhana chowk, Tis Hazari redlight, Mall road chowk, Jahangirpuri, Ghazipur. The MeT office told that heavy shower can be expected over northwest India including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand till Friday.
