Sonia Gandhi to make first public appearance post surgery

New Delhi, Sept 15: Congress President Sonia Gandhi is set to make her first public appearance post her surgery in US.

The Congress President will attend Congress Election Committee meet on Sept 15 (today) at 4.00pm, said reports.

The meeting will be held to finalise the tickets for UP elections.

Sonia, who was back from US after a surgery, did not make any public appearance as she was recovering from her surgery.

Sonia had gone to US to undergo a surgery at an undisclosed location for a medical condition. The Gandhi family and Congress till now have not revealed what the medical condition was.
