Oz: Making sexual MMS, Video 'Common' among Navy officers?

24-year-old Keith Eric Calvert, who is a royal Navy sailor in Australia, has been found guilty over two rape charges in which he filmed himself raping his female colleague.
During the court hearing, Calvert's lawyer David Sexton claimed, "There was a culture of reporting, of bragging, of sexual exploits, that extended to revealing one's exploits by way of mobile phone footage."
Continuing his argument in the court, Sexton also added, "filming was not so much a frolic of his (Calvert's) own, but an alcohol-fuelled product of the environment that he experienced."
Defending his client, Sexton also asserted that Calvert's sin was opportunistic rather than planned or premeditated.
