Want to link with Ministry of Finance through Facebook?

Facebook has a total of 700 million users worldwide and an invite from the Ministry read, "Once you join, you'll be able to connect with the Ministry of Finance Page, along with people you care about and other things that interest you."
The page will enable public to post their views on topics like inflation, financial inclusion and taxation. With India's economy set to expand to 8 per cent or more from the over $1 trillion strength now, such an effort will be lauded for creating an outreach towards the masses.
With the Government body determined to tap the predominantly young domain that is considered a craze among the young populace, it is expected to help ministries and departments for utilising the tool for a common good.
