Three police teams to probe Delhi blast

New Delhi Sept 9: Delhi police has formed three police teams comprising of 200 policemen to probe the Sept 7, Delhi High Court bomb blast which left 13 people dead and over 65 injured.

The teams, under Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ashok Chand, will also in touch with the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which has been on role in probe the blast case, Delhi Police Commissioner BK Gupta said on Friday (Today).

Meanwhile, sources said the police has received an e-mail on Thursday, Sept 8 night which was sent by Indian Mujahideen (IM) claiming responsibility for the blast after Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HuJI) clamied the responsibility on Wednesday, Sept 7. The investigation team was also in the process to releasing a third sketch of a suspect link to the blast.

Sources also said that the e-mail received last night has a code word which could be interpreted as Ahmadabad could be next target
