Supreme Court
New Delhi, Sep 8: Security has been tightened at the Supreme Court, less than a kilometre away from the Delhi High Court where a terror attack has left 12 people dead, so far.

Both lawyers and litigants were today (Sep 8) being subjected to strict security check and frisking. Additional security personnel have been deployed at every gate and metal detectors put in place.

Security personnel thoroughly frisked people entering the court premises and their belongings with hand-held devices.

Chief Justice of India S H Kapadia had yesterday reviewed security arrangements in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and other subordinate courts in the capital in the wake of the blast.
