LK Advani to be arrested?

New Delhi, Sep 8: LK Advani, senior BJP leader dared the government and asked it to arrest him over the cash for votes scam.

Advani in the Lok Sabha took the responsibility for the whole cash for votes sting operation.

The BJP also submitted a notice for the suspension of question hour in the parliament over the cash-for-votes issue so that a discussion takes place on the arrest of two of its MPs in connection with the same.

Both the houses of Parliament have been adjourned following the uproar over the cash-for-votes-scam.

Amar Singh, ex-Samajwadi party leader, who was arrested on Sept 6 has been accused of bribing three BJP MPs. Singh is currently lodged in Tihar jail under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
