Gift on Teacher's Day: A slap, life threat from student !

New Delhi, Sep 6: A 18-year-old student gave a strange and gruesome gift to his teacher on Teacher's day on Monday, Sep 5. The 10th standard student allegedly slapped his school teacher and threatened to kill her on the day when the rest of the country was celebrating the day dedicating to teacher-student relation.

The student, who has been identified as Vishu stays in Ambedkar Nagar in New Delhi. Vishu allegedly slapped his teacher, Nisha Kashyap trying to disperse her from filing a police complaint against him.

The victim teaches in the Jose Marti Sarvodaya Vidyalaya in sector-12 in RK Puram. Vishu has absconded from the place, as sources reported.

Police have registered a case under section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) against Vishnu.

The duo reportedly started quarrel over the car parking area. Police in its complaint said, "She was trying to reverse her car but was not able to do so as some boys, including Vishnu, were standing behind. She asked them to move away upon which Vishnu passed some sarcastic comment on her. She objected after which an argument broke out between them and the boy slapped her thrice on her face before disappearing from the spot."
