CBI raids LS speaker Meira Kumar's secy's residences

New Delhi, Sep 2: The investigative agency Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday, Sep 2 raided Lok Sabha Speaker, Meira Kumar's secretary, IPS officer AP Pathak's residences in Delhi and Lucknow for allegedly having disappropriate assets.

Reports claimed that the Central Vigilance Commissioner had handed over the case to the CBI almost one month back. The anti-corruption unit of the Central Bureau of Investigation reportedly carried the raids.

All residences and other properties of the IPS officer, Pathak have been raided by the special unit of the CBI. Pathak joined Meira kumar as her secretary in Mar 2011.
