Lokpal Bill: Govt agrees to resolution, vote finally

The resolution will be likely by a voice vote in Parliament after Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh met Advani, Jaitley, Sushma on Aug 27 (today) to discuss Anna Hazare's demands.
Meanwhile, BJP in a support to Anna Hazare's Jan Lokpal said that it was ready to work with Anna.
"We will lower our flag and fight under Anna's banner for a corruption free India. Congress cannot rule over the country," said, BJP President, Nitin Gadkari.
Gadkari also said that the country would go on a state wide bandh if Anna's demands are not met,
"If Anna's demands are not met, we will not play politics, I will invite Anna's supporters to call for a Bharat bandh," he said.
Team Anna also expressed their discontent earlier and said that Anna will only end his fast after a resolution is passed in the Parliament.
"We are now told, no resolution, no vote," said Team Anna's supporter Prashanth Bhushan adding further that the response they got from the government after Anna wrote a letter to Prime Minister was very unfortunate.
