Twist in battle for Lokpal: Anna Hazare says SORRY to PM?

Close aide of Anna, Arvind Kejriwal clarified the air over Anna Hazare's letter to the PM as he read out the entire letter publicly at Ramlila Maidan. Kejriwal informed that Anna had apologised to the PM if any harsh words were used against Manmohan Singh.
However, Team Anna also stated that they have sent an assurance letter to the government demanding to pass resolution on three sticking points.
Kiran Bedi, another aide of Anna, earlier had asserted that 74-year-old Gandhian will break his fast only if the government will pass the resolution.
"My conscience say that I will break fast if these 3 points are agreed upon & Jan Lokpal Bill is passed in Parliament," Anna said in the letter as Kejriwal pointed out.
The three conditions posed by the 74-year-old Gandhian crusader were:
- Start discussion in Parliament on introduction of state Lokayukta
- Start discussion on adopting Citizens" Charter
- Start discussion on putting lower bureaucracy under Jan Lokpal
