Call centre employee commits suicide

Ghaziabad, Aug 19: A 24-year-old call centre employee allegedly committed suicide in his rented apartment here, police said today (Aug 19).

Deceased Ujjwal hailed from Lucknow and was working in a call centre in Noida. Disappointed over his relationship with a Delhi girl, Ujjwal hanged himself last evening in Indirapuram, police said.

In an separate incident, 26-year-old Deepak alias Kishore, committed suicide here. Kishore, who spent four months in prison in a drug case, was released on bail ten days back. In another incident, Mukesh (30), resident of Bagdpur village near Hapur, set himself afire in his house allegedly over a family dispute, police said.
