Apple moves to court against Motorola Xoom

Media reports revealed that Apple moved to court German with a separate complaint against Motorola's flagship tablet Xoom for violation of Apple's patent on design of iPad.
In a blog posting from Florian Mueller on Foss Patents, "Prior to or simultaneously with the motion for a preliminary injunction against Samsung, Apple also filed a complaint with the same court over the design of the Motorola Xoom tablet."
Motorola officials reportedly said that Apple's law suit popped-up in a response to their complaint filed against Apple in Apr, charging patent infringement.
Earlier on Tuesday, Aug 9 German court asked the Seoul-based consumer products manufacturer Samsung not to sell its flagship Galaxy tablet in European Union except the Netherlands after Apple moved to court alleging Samsung Galaxy line of mobile phones and tablets "slavishly" copied the iPhone and iPad.
