LOL: Anonymous loves Facebook, not to kill on Nov 5

According to a report in Mail Online, a member of Anonymous said that they never intended to destroy Facebook and they only ever wanted to help people by drawing attention to the privacy issues surrounding Facebook.
Earlier, in a video post, Anonymous hackers claimed that they will attack Facebook on Nov 5 for "selling information to government agencies and giving clandestine access to information security firms so that they can spy on people from all around the world."
Now, a member of Anonymous called Speakeasy said the idea behind 'Operation Facebook' was to bring awareness to Facebook keeping data even after you delete an account. According to him, the hacker group launched this 'operation' few months back and they want to persuade people to delete their Facebook profiles on Nov 5.
