US: Obamas celebrate Ramzan with Muslims over 9/11 cloud

Washington, Aug 11: Just ahead of the tenth anniversary of 9/11 terror attacks, US president Barack Obama on Wednesday, Aug 11 celebrated Ramzan with the American Muslims.

Remembering the deceased and victims of 9/11 attacks, Obamas organised a break-the-fast dinner at White House with the survivors of the terrific militant attack that dashed out the World Trade Center in 2001.

Showing his regards towards the American Muslims over their service to the nation, the president also noted that Muslim Americans also responded to the attacks on the towers and that they defend the country in the military.

Following his predecessor, George W Bush, Obama too hosts an Iftar dinner annually in the nation.
