Friends turn foes: Amar Singh exposes Bachchans?

New Delhi, Aug 1: For the first time, the spat between the two so called "friends" has been unearthed publicly when Amar Singh criticised the Bachchans of being double faced.

The sacked leader of Samajwadi Party, Amar Singh openly challenged the Bachchan family to win an election poll on their own power.

Amar Singh blamed Jaya Bachchan that he (Singh) taught her the "rules of politics" initially but Jaya Bachachan allegedly betrayed him (Singh) while he was in need.

The friendship of Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan's family with Amar Singh came to an end when Singh was booted out from the Samajwadi Party over cash-for-votes scam and many other issues.

Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party Chief, Mulayam Singh Yadav showed some support for Amar Singh when he said, "It is an injustice being meted out to Amar Singh. It is a conspiracy to trouble (SP Lok Sabha MP) Rewati Raman Singh and Amar Singh. He (Amar) helped Congress (during the 2008 trust vote) as Samajwadi Party voted in favour of the UPA. And now he is being questioned."
