No arrest for Balakrishna till August 29: Uttarakhand HC

Dehradun, Jul 29: Here comes a new order on Babar Ramdev's close aide Acharya Balkrishna who was supposed to get arrested on Thursday, Jul 28. But, things changed when the Uttarakhand High Court barred his arrest till August 26.

Balakrishna has been accused of holding fake degree certificates from Varanasi University on Sanskrit. In fact, the Intelligence report revealed that Balkrishna is a Nepalese citizen and had obtained an Indian passport based on fake documents.

In spite of such allegations on Balkrishna, the Uttarakhand HC has made Balakrishna free of arrest till Aug 26 that has become a relief for sometime.
