Lalu is in shock since 2005: Nitish

Patna, Jul 29: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today (Jul 29) lambasted Lalu Prasad for the criticism of his government and claimed that the RJD supremo is yet to recover from the shock of his party's ouster from the state in 2005.

"Lalu ji has not yet come out of the shock of his ouster from power. He cannot live without power just like a fish cannot survive without water," Kumar told reporters here.

When his attention was drawn to the RJD leader's statement that he would hold a training camp for his workers in October, Kumar said, "he has to introspect to prepare himself first".

Referring to the merger of the three-member LJP legislature party in the state legislative council with the JD(U), Kumar said, "we don't engineer any split, but welcome those coming to join and strengthen us with open arms".
