A Raja defends in court; says "done nothing wrong"

Blaming the NDA government for their policy on spectrum auction, Raja said in court that all former telecom ministers since 1993 should be jailed. The special CBI Judge OP Saini is hearing the case.
The court had earlier allowed the Income Tax department to question Raja in his role in the 2G spectrum scam. He was interrogated by the I-T department along with Swam Telecom promoter Shahid Usman Balwa, its director Vinod Goenka and Reliance Group executives Gautam Doshi, Hari Nair and Surendra Pipara.
Raja was accused of cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy and is housed in Tihar Jail. The CBI had presented its arguments in the case and made Raja the prime accused in the multi-crore telecom scam.
