Bangalore: Bar girls performing seductive acts arrested

The bar girls allegedly performed seductive and obscene dance. The police raided two bars - Four Seasons in SR Nagar and Chef in Delux Bar, in Mekhri Circle at midnight.
Police also arrested four persons who were accused of forcing the the girls to attract customers with seductive "obscene dance and act".
The cases were clad on the two bars under the provisions of Section 294 of the IPC (obscene acts) and the Karnataka Excise Act.
Citing the failure of the police to prevent obscene acts within their area of duty, two inspectors, B Ramamurthy of SR Nagar police station and S Panduranga of Sadashivanagar police station — were suspended.
