Dark under 'Delhi Belly'; HC bashes Censor Board

The court asked the respondents to file their replies within four weeks. The Censor Board has been alleged of allowing the movie to be screened with indecent, immoral, abusive language. The petition claimed that the film violated section 5 B of the Cinematograph Act.
This was not the first time when the movie received legal bash. Earlier, the Madhya Pradesh High Court had issued a notice to Aamir Khan over the abusive language used in the movie.
The notice was issued over using enormous number of abusive words and slang in the youth oriented movie. The notice, which was issued on Jul 7, asked the actor and others to file their replies within Jul 12.
