Deadly love, girl kills father for lover

Lucknow, Jul 21: A young girl, along with her boyfriend were arrested by the Lucknow police on Wednesday, Jul 21 for conspiring her own father's murder.

According to the police sources, Ram Khelawan was shot dead by two unidentified persons at his residence in Banthara on July 12. Later, his daughter Preeti went to the police station to lodge an FIR over her father's murder.

But, the investigations revealed that Preeti herself had plotted her father Khelawan's murder as he was opposed to her relationship with Manoj Chaurasiya.

Preeti, Manoj and his friend Sunil Kumar were arrested and the country-made fire-arm used in the murder was also found, the police said.
