*Hide your Gender & Circles - Improved Privacy Settings
The Google+ allows its users to hide their gender status from others. With this feature, if a users opts to hide gender, Google+ will use gender-neutral language to describe the whenever someone else doesn't have permission to see user's gender. Also, users can hide their Circles and list of followers or the members who added the user into their Circle.

Unlike Facebook, Google+ allows you to see what's the hot topic discussed in the platform.
