Noida: Software engineer murders wife, stuffs her in bed box

Noida, Jul 18: A software engineer murdered his wife and stuffed her body in a bed box, said police.

24-year-old Shavendra Mishra was arrested by the police on charges of murdering his 22-year-old wife Pragya after her stuffed body was found by the police in Noida's sector 11.

According to friends, the couple hailed from Allahabad and were married for 5 years. The couple were believed to be having a sour relationship.

Pragya was strangulated by her husband who suspected her of having an illicit affair after she took up a job.

Mishra was working at a computer training institute as a teacher. The case is being probed further by police.
