Sri Sathya Sai Baba mahasamadhi unveiled on Jul 15

Puttaparthi, Jul 15: The

(a shrine) of Sri Sathya Sai Baba was unveiled in Prasanthi Nilayam ashram, Puttaparthi on Jul 15 (today).

The mahasamadhi is located where Sai Baba used to give darshan to his followers in the Sai Kulwant Hall, constructed above where Sai Baba was buried after his demise on Apr 24.

Devotees gathered in large numbers in Puttaparthi for a darshan of the mahasamadhi.

The Sai Central Trust had earlier announced that the Spritual leader's mahasamadhi would be constructed in a grand and magnificent manner.

Meanwhile, the investigations in the seizure of Rs 35 lakh is still on after a car carrying the whooping amount of money was seized by the police. The trust in its defence said that the money was given by devotees to build the mahasamadhi.
