Govt has no right over treasure recovered at temple: BJP

Speaking to reporters here, Muraleedharan said it should not use even a single paise from the treasure."If government makes any move, then the believers will protest and BJP will support the people," he said.
There was nothing wrong in assessing the treasure, but it should not be displayed as a public exhibit, he said, adding, the treasure should be preserved after discussions with security and Hindu organisation representatives.
Referring to the attack on Mathrubhumi daily reporter at Kollam sometime back, he said his party supports the Kerala Union of Working Journalists demand for a CBI inquiry. BJP will hold a march on July 5 at Kollam in this connection, he said.
