Kurar rape & MMS: Police arrest 3 students

Mumbai, Jul 3: Police arrested four people, including three school-going students, for allegedly raping a woman and circulating her obscene MMS clip.

Police said that prime accused Suraj Nepali and the victim were friends and the brutal incident happened while they were on a outing trip. According to police, the rape occurred when Nepali, victim and the other friends who involved to crime were spending a night near a hill station at Kurar.

Police added that the prime accused quarreled with the victim after seeing his enemy's phone number in victim's mobile. Then he and his friends allegedly raped the victim and recorded it on their mobile phones. Later they sent these video clips as MMS to their friends and resulted for wide spread.

The initial investigation revealed that the accused forcefully held the victim"s hands and legs and reportedly removed her clothes. The accused and other friends allegedly raped her.

Kurar police said that case has been registered and investigation started. Police officials refused to give more information as they were suspecting more people involved in the act.
