Google+ Social Network: What's new?

Even though Google dominates the search engine market, it has been facing intense competition in the display ad market, which is a primary source of income. With the surging popularity of Facebook, advertisers are focusing more on Facebook for ads. More over a latest survey revealed that internet users are spending more time on Facebook than Google. Recently, industry tracker comScore revealed that Google got more than one million unique visitors in the month of may 2011. The software mammoth Microsoft settled at the second spot with 905 million unique visitors in May with a 15 percent growth. Moreover, according to a latest market research report published by the online measurement body UKOM/Nielsen, Facebook overtook the Microsoft websites in the month of May 2011 to become the second most visited website behind Google.
Google has not yet started to roll out the new Google+ for public. Google granted access to selected people to checkout the features.
