Maharashtra police bust rave party on 'Anti-Narcotics Day'

According to the police, a major number of those who were there in the party were in the age-group of 20 to 25 years. They further informed that huge amount of drugs were also seized from the location.
Ten youth were also detained during the late-night raid at hotel Mount View at Karjat, 100 km away from Mumbai. The police also informed that a large quantity of drugs were also recovered from the hotel.
As is becoming the trend nowadays where every crime has a police link to it, an inspector working with the Mumbai Police's Anti-Narcotics Cell was also reportedly present at the rave party when the raid was conducted.
The Maharashtra police is reported to be verifying the officer's possible links with the organisers of the rave party.
Ironically, the rave party was on a day when the entire nation was observing the 'Anti-Narcotics Day'.
