IBM tops India's Supercomputer List 2011

IBM topped the list with six high performance computing (HPC) from sixteen installations across India. SERC said that they have selected the IBM from sixteen entries in the list with minimum performance criteria over 3.11 TFlops.
IBM's installations include IISc, Bangalore, India Meteorological Department, Delhi and the Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), Hyderabad

In 'India's Top Supercomputers list for 2011' HP was at the second spot with five installations and SGI had two systems.
