Anushka Sharma detained at Mumbai airport

Mumbai, Jun 27: Yet another Bollywood actress has been caught in the customs loop. This time around Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has been detained by Mumbai custom authorities at the airport for carrying undeclared jewellery.

She is currently being questioned by customs officials. According to reports she was carrying jewellery worth Rs 45 lakhs.

She was on her way back from the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) award functions in Toronto, Canada. She bagged the best actress award in the event that concluded Sunday.

Many other Bollywood stars have been caught in the customs loop for failing to disclose the details of jewellery, branded accessories and cash. Some of them are Miniisha Lamba, Bipasha Basu, Mallika Sherawat's brother etc...
