DRDO scientist's son killed in Hyderabad; 2 arrested

Hyderabad, Jun 18: Andhra Pradesh police, after a minute investigation, finally arrested two people suspecting their connection with the murder case of a DRDO scientist's son in Hyderabad. Two people have been held on Saturday, Jun 18, said a police source.

The DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation) scientist's son was found dead on Monday, Jun 13. The 11-year-old victim, namely Pranav Chalavadi was missing since Friday, Jun 10.

Pranab's dead body was found in a drain. The scientist, V Ram Mohan had lodged a missing complaint as the victim did not return home since Saturday.

The dead body was discovered in a gunny bag floating in a drain. Police and the victim's parents are clueless about the motive behind the murder.
