Baba Ramdev discharged; to continue fight against corruption

During a press conference outside the hospital, Ramdev said that he will continue his fight against corruption. He thanked his followers for the support during the fast in Delhi and Haridwar.
"We will continue our fight against corruption. I am thankful to all supporters who were in Delhi on Jun 4," Ramdev said.
Baba Ramdev, who was thrown out of Delhi after his indefinite hunger strike protest at Ramlila Maidan, continued the fast in his ashram at Haridwar. The Uttarakhand government authorities forcibly moved Ramdev to hospital after his health was deteriorating to an alarming situation.
Baba Ramdev ended his fast after spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravishankar met him in the hospital. Ramdev broke fast by sipping fruit juice in the presence of various religious and spiritual leaders.
