Baba Ramdev softens voice for govt urge; to take lemonade

Haridwar, Jun 9: Baba Ramdev, who continues his fast against government's inaction over black money issue and corruption in general, agreed to take lemonade and honey but refused to take proper food.

It seems that the yoga guru has softened his move towards the urge of the government who reiterated their request to call off his (Ramdev's) hunger-strike.

Earlier OneIndia has reported that Baba's health has started deteriorating as his fast for tougher anti-graft laws and bringing back black money from foreign nations prolonged to sixth day on Thursday, Jun 9.

Doctors attending to the yoga guru have advised liquid intake and requested him to end his fast soon.

"His health is going down. He has lost weight and is suffering from dehydration. He is not keeping well," the chief Medical officer said.

Meanwhile, sources informed that the yoga guru began a maun vrat (vow of silence).
