Lawsuit on Baba Ramdev's Haridwar ashram

The plot belongs to Udaseen Akhada, represented by Mahant Rajendra Das and by law cannot be transferred , sold or registered to anyone else.
After the death of Udaseen Akhada, Acharya Balkrishna, Baba's close aide bought the plot, instead of it going to Mahant Rajendra Das, the successor.
"Acharya Balkrishna, the boy who stays with Baba Ramdev is a Nepali national. I was told that he has committed a crime in Nepal and fled to Haridwar and became Indian national. He has also got his passport made. It should be investigated that how he has got his passport made," said Digvijay Singh, General Secretary, Congress.
