Shahrukh slams Baba Ramdev's 'politically motivated' fast
Shahrukh, commenting on Ramdev's decision on fast, said, "I will not support him...he's got an agenda...as soon one becomes a leader...he resorts to such kind of agitation."
Showing his apathy to join politics, Shahrukh also claimed, "Why do you think I am joining politics, why don't you imagine a neta joining film industry? I am a selfish person who wants to be admired by his fans and well-wishers in Bollywood and in public at large."
Meanwhile, sources said that despite several meetings with Ramdev, the government has already decided not to allow the yoga guru to initiate his hunger strike. Ramdev too may call off his fast protest, sources claimed.
Shahrukh, who recently dismissed any connection with 2G spectrum accused Karim Morani, criticised Baba Ramdev.
"One should do what is appropriate for him or her. If anyone is trying to slip into the shoes of a politician then that is not the right way to do it," said the Badshah Khan.
