Indian Army confirms terrorists waiting to infiltrate India

"The terrorist camps are very much existing in Pakistan. We are fully aware of several hundreds of terrorists who are waiting to be infiltration to India and we presume they have the Pakistan backing," said Lieutenant General SR Ghosh, Chief , Western Command of Indian Army.
A few days back Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir , Omar Abdullah and the Army were disputing over terrorist infiltrating into the state from Pakistan.
While Omar said that 40 terrorists crossed the borders and came into the state, the same was dismissed by Army Commanders calling it baseless.
"There is credible information to suggest that there have been successful attempts of infiltration last month (Apr). The figure has yet to verify by the multi-agency centre in Delhi. So as of now it is provisional but there is an indication that anything between 30-40 terrorists have crossed over and this information was independently provided both by the state intelligence agencies as well as central intelligence agencies," said Omar in Jammu on May 25.
While KT Parnaik, Lieutenant General, General Officer Commanding of the Northern Command, said that though terrorists were trying their best to get into the state none were successful.
AM Hassnian, Lieutenant General, The Commander of 15 Corps, said that the Army was keeping a strict watch over the LoC despite many terrorists trying to infiltrate into India.
