Pak abducted journalist's body found: Reports

The journalist, went missing just four days after authoring an article which alleged that the al-Qaeda had attacked the Mehran naval base near Karachi to secure the release of personnel detained on suspicion of links with the terror outfit.
Mehmal Sarfaraz the Op-Ed editor of the Daily Times, for which Salim Shehzad works, has informed that the journalist had a premonition that he would be abducted by the ISI. He also claimed that Salim had left a note beforehand with a human rights group about this.
Sarfaraz was quoted by CNN-IBN as saying, "The Human Rights Watch has confirmed that the ISI has detained him. It's for a story he did on May 27 which dealt with sensitive info. It was an embarrassment for the government so he might have been picked up for that story. He'd left a letter with the HRW to say that if he went missing, to say that it is the ISI."
A report about Salim's abduction published in the Daily Times states his relatives as saying that that he was picked up by officers of an intelligence agency who have promised through anonymous calls to release him soon.
