Anna Hazare
Bangalore, May 29: It seems that no one can escape from the firing of Gandhian crusader Anna Hazare. After Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh became the new target of Hazare's criticism. Hazare, who showed his desire to go jail for the country, slammed the PM as being "remote controlled."

Without taking Congress President Sonia Gandhi's name, Hazare hurled an attack which was enough to bruise the PM and the Congress President at a same time. "The Prime Minister is a good man, but the remote control is the one that creates problems," said Hazare while addressing the crowd in Bangalore's National College grounds on Saturday, May 28.

Anna Hazare once again claimed that if the government would fail to table the anti-corruption Lokpal Bill during Parliament's monsoon session in Aug 2011, he along with his followers will resume agitation.

"If the bill is not passed by Aug 16, I will return to Jantar Mantar. I want all of you to stand by me. Let them fill up the jails. Let's see how long they can manage to keep us there," said Hazare.

Trying to delineate the grave situation, Hazare asserted, "If things don't work out as we have outlined, we are ready to go to jail. Jail Bharo will be the only option left. I urge you, let us all go fill the jails to the brim. Atleast we don't have to worry about food — you'll be given breakfast and food twice."
