For those among us, who are not Hindi-speaking, chalaque means sharp and crafty. The codename was chosen by Scotland Yard ahead of the high profile visit of the most powerful man on the planet. According to a report that appeared in the Daily Telegraph, Scotland Yard picks up such code names randomly. But this particular choice of name is sure to raise curiosity and suspicion.
Obama"s planned state visit to Britain is from the 24th of May to the 26th. The media report stated that the word chalaque is typically used to describe someone who is cheeky, sharp, crafty and too clever for his or her own good.
