US to continue supporting Pakistan: Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton
Washington, May 5: It seems the United States hasn't learnt the lessons from the killing of Osama bin Laden, who was found in a comfortable mansion right under the nose of the Pakistan government. Or else, how does one explain when the US says that it will continue to stand by Pakistan.

On a visit to the Rome, Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of States said, "It is not always an easy relationship, you know that..But, on the other hand, it is a productive one for both our countries and we are going to continue to cooperate between our governments, our militaries, our law-enforcement agencies, but most importantly between the American and Pakistani people."

Her comments are surely going to raise a few eyebrows in the US as well as the international community, who are increasingly beginning to believe that Laden stayed in the garrison town of Abottabad, with the complete knowledge of the Pakistani government.

Refusing to elaborate, on the details of the operation that led to the killing of Osama bin Laden, which she watched on a live video transmission, the US Secretary of states said, "Those were 38 of the most intense minutes."
