Pakistan can no longer claim to be the victim of terror: BJP

New Delhi, May 4: Close on the heels of the killing of terror lynchpin Osama bin Laden at Abottabad in Pakistan, the BJP has urged Prime Minister Dr manmohan Singh to review talks with Pakistan.

The BJP said that now after it has been proved that Pakistan had been harbouring the al Qaeda supremo, it becomes essential for India to review the renwed peace process.

Arun Jaitley, the BJP Spokesperson was quoted as saying, "The elimination of Osama bin Laden, the global face of terror, is the high point in the global war on terror. It (Osama's killing by US in Pakistan's garrison town of Abbottabad) established that Pakistan is epicentre of terror and was harbouring world's most wanted terrorist."

Speaking to reporters, Jaitley said, "Pakistan can no longer claim to be the victim of terror".

Jaitley also informed that his party had urged the Prime Minister and hsi government that they "need to retrospect on the Pakistan policy (because) talks and terror cannot go together".
