Rumour: Micromax to debut Android A70 mobile

The technology blog, GSM Arena reported that Micromax is ready to launch the Android A70 mobile phone. The report revealed that this new Micromax mobile will have a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen display and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system.
The new Andro A70 will offer memory extension with micro SD cards, but the exact capacity and internal memory details are not available. Micromax A70 offers high-end features like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g with Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluetooth with A2DP connectivity.
Unlike Micromax's first Android mobile A60, the new A70 will support 3G network and adds Stereo FM. This phone also boasts a 5 megapixel autofocus camera at rear and a VGA front-facing camera. Micromax debuted its first android touchscreen A60 in 2010 and grabbed much market share from global leaders like Nokia and Samsung.
It seems that the new Micromax A70 will be available in Indian stores in the coming weeks with an exciting price tag less than Rs 8,000. Anyhow, Micromax has not yet officially confirmed the existence of A70 and the official release date. Stay tuned for the official announcement and exclusive hands-on review.
