The HCL ME Tablet AE7-A1 and HCL ME Tablet AM7-A1, which runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system, have 7-inch display screen, but with different pixel resolutions. HCL AE7 has Resistive Touch Display with 800x480 pixels and AM7-A1 has Multi-Touch Display with 1024x600 pixels.

The HCL ME Tablet AP10-A1 is the high-end version with a 10.1-inch Capacitive Multi-Touch display and 1GHz Dual Core Cortex A9 Processor. This tablet also runs on Froyo OS and offers 1GHz Dual Core Cortex A9 Processor. It comes along with 16 GB internal memory that can be extended up to 32 GB using Micro SD cards.
