Bomb blast in Ajmer; two shops damaged, probe on

Jaipur, Mar 27: Rajasthan police reported that two shops were damaged in blast happened near a bus stand at Kharwa village in Ajmer district on Sunday, Mar 27. No casualties were reported yet.

The blast occurred at around 3.00 am near shops, which is about 50-meter away from the site where Union Minister of State Sachin Pilot addressed a public meeting a day before.

The two shops located on a highway near Masuda area were fully damaged while one was partially affected.

SP Ajmer Bipin Kumar Pandey said that the reason behind the the explosion is not yet clear and a Forensic Science Laboratory team is carrying out an inspection to ascertain the cause.
