Madrassa teacher molests 13-yr-old student; arrested in UP

Lucknow, Mar 23: Crimes against children and teenager are increasing day by day in the country. Recently, two British nationals surrendered at Mumbai police station over sodomising Indian children. But now, another molestation case shocked and ashamed the country as this time a 13-year-old kid was abused by his "respected" teacher.

A madrassa teacher 28-year-old Shakib Khan has been arrested on Tuesday, Mar 22 over allegedly captived and abused his student for continuous three days.

Police officials in Uttar Pradesh informed, "Acting on the compliant of the student, who hails from Kolkata, we carried out a preliminary inquiry, following which the teacher was arrested."

"A detailed inquiry is under way to check if other students in the seminary were also being harassed by Khan. The seminary management officials and teachers are being interrogated in this regard," the police officials also added.

Meanwhile, the two British nationals Duncan Grant and Allan Waters were send to jail to to undergo their remaining jail terms. The duo were convicted of pedophiles. Grant and Waters were running an Anchorage Shelter Home in Colaba in 2006. They were convicted to seduce the minor boys from that shelter.
