Jayalalithaa unhappy with Vaiko, repeats 12 seats offer

"You have every right to decide your party"s course of action. However, as a beloved sister my respect for you abides, Jayalalithaa said in the letter.
Vaiko decided to pull the support for AIADMK after unsuccessful seat sharing. Jayalalithaa offered 12 seats to MDMK, which was an ally of AIADMK since 2006, against the demand for 21 seats. Vaiko said that AIADMK's approach towards MDMK has hurt their supporters.
Sources from Chennai reported that Jayalalithaa is not ready to offer more seats for MDMK. She still stands firm in 12 seats and repeated the same number in the letter also. She added that it's not possible to give more seats because of the presence of too many political parties in the combine.
