Samsung Pop Android CDMA phone available at Rs 9,750

New Delhi, Mar 18: Samsung Mobiles announced the launch of CDMA version of its latest Android mobile, Samsung Pop, in India at Rs 9,750.

Earlier, Samsung launched the GSM version of Pop at Rs 9,000 with same features as the CDMA version. This new Samsung mobile runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. It has a 3.14-inch capacitive touchscreen with 320 x 240 pixel resolution, which is big enough to offer exciting multimedia entertainment.

The Samsung Pop offers a 3.15 mega pixel auto-focus camera at rear and gives internal memory of 384 MB, which can be expanded up to 32 GB using micro SD cards. The all-new multimedia features include 3D sound technology: 5.1 channel, Stereo FM radio, Music Player that supports formats like MP3/WAV/eAAC+/AAC/AAC+/AMR and a video player with MP4/H.264/H.263 support.

Other features on the Samsung Galaxy Pop are Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Social network integration, Swype text input method, TouchWiz 3.0 UI and Proximity sensor.
