Mumbai, Mar 11: World's second largest mobile phone maker, Samsung officially launched its latest Android smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 in India with a price tag of Rs 18,290. This new smartphone is an excellent model that can compete with any other models available in the market.

The new Samsung Galaxy Ace has a 3.5-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with TouchWiz UI packed on it. The big screen and touch functionality give maximum multimedia entertainment at an affordable price. This new smartphone runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system powered with 800MHz processor.

Samsung included Adreno 200 GPU and Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset on Ace mobile to give powerful performance. The imaging service comes with 5 megapixel camera and LED Flash at rear part. Other features on Samsung Ace include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and Stereo FM radio.

Samsung plans to gain its lost market share with these new Android smartphones. Indian handset market has been witnessing high competition with the launch of new Android mobiles and Nokia's high-end smartphone. Recently, the Finnish maker started the pre-ordering for Nokia E7, the best business model phone from the company.
