Samsung rolls out Android Corby II S3850 mobile

Singapore, Mar 9: Seoul based consumer electronics manufacturer, Samsung has announced the launch of a new Android touchscreen smartphone called Samsung Corby II S3850.

This new mobile was showed along with Samsung's new QWERTY touchscreen mobile Galaxy Pro at Samsung SEA Forum in Singapore. The Samsung Corby II S3850 has a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display with QVGA resolution of 240x320 pixels.

Samsung Corby II smartphone runs on Google Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. It boasts a 2 megapixel camera at rear with video recording feature. Samsung packed TouchWiz UI with multitasking and Accelerometer sensor on S3850 Corby II.

The new Samsung Corby 2 will be an affordable phone with excellent social networking integration. This new Samsung mobile offers Facebook and Twitter integration. The connectivity options on the phone include Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 (A2DP), standard microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack.

This new smartphone offers attractive multimedia features like FM radio with RDS, DNSe sound enhancement, Find Music recognition service etc. Samsung Corby II also supports micro SD cards upto 16 GB.
